How to Integrate BugHerd with Salesforce Using MultiSync Made Easy

Learn how to seamlessly integrate BugHerd with Salesforce using MultiSync Made Easy in our step-by-step guide.

Checkout the following steps to authenticate in BugHerd:

Step 1 : – If you already have an account then log in directly or else, create an account from here.

Step 2 :- Once you’ve logged in, it’s time to create a consumer key and consumer secret. Click on Profile Icon -> Edit Your Profile -> Organizations -> Authentication Token.

Step 3 :- For Basic Authentication Credential use:

Username : Your Authentication Token

Password : ‘X’

Step 4 :- Click here to get the API URL of BugHerd.

Step 5 :- Login to your Salesforce account.

Step 6 :- After login click on “Quick Find” and search for “Remote Site Setting” and click on it.

Step 7 :- In the Remote site setting you will see a button of “New Remote Site”, click on it.

Step 8 :- Now, enter the Remote site name for ex., (Bugherd) and the remote site URL which will be the domain of your Gravity forms, which is in the black mark of your account.

Now, copy the URL and paste it into the Remote site setting URL, and save it.

Step 9 :- After saving the remote site setting, find the integration page object and click on it.

Finally, BugHerd is ready to integrate!
